Pomegranate Soluble Fiber
A clean-label soluble fiber made from U.S.-grown pomegranates, combining the fruit’s positive health and wellness associations with a simple ingredient declaration: “Pomegranate Fiber.” Rich in RG-I structures associated with beneficial gut bacteria, it is well suited for gut health-focused applications seeking differentiation and gentle digestion. Exceptional stability at low pH across a wide temperature range, preserving fiber integrity during processing and on the shelf. Its cold-water dispersibility, low viscosity, and non-gelling properties make it ideal for fiber fortification in beverages, ready-to-mix powders, baked goods, and snacks seeking clean-label alternatives to corn-derived fibers and gums.
Pomegranate Peel Bioactives
High-performance botanical extracts made from U.S.-grown pomegranate peels using Hyfé’s proprietary aqueous refining technology. Containing 6× more bioactives than extracts obtained through conventional solvent extraction, they deliver antioxidant performance comparable to highly purified commercial extracts without additional purification. With 59–69% total phenolic content (GAE), these extracts offer concentrated bioactives for dietary supplements, functional foods, beverages, and cosmetics. For natural preservation, they deliver superior performance compared to BHT, BHA, and TBHQ, with greater versatility across applications than rosemary extract, without its strong flavor. Produced in California, they offer a domestically sourced, fully traceable supply chain.
